Cathy & Eric Huang

After a lifetime of running restaurants and climbing the ranks of the New York food scene, mother-son duo Cathy and Eric Huang have joined forces to create Kin House—a celebration of the Chinese classics Eric grew up watching Cathy cook in Queens. From scallion pancakes to egg rolls, fried rice to lo mein, their menu is a takeout dream.

This soup was among the best Hot and Sour soups that I have had, a very tangy flavor with good balance of hot and sour with plentiful tofu and vegetables at a good price for the portion.
