Bacon Stack Burger
Two 3.5-ounce beef patties layered with melted American cheese, mayo, bread & butter pickles, and crispy applewood-smoked bacon on a potato bun.  



Alton Brown called this America's best cheesesteak: griddled ribeye, onions, gooey American cheese, and garlic aioli. (Philly went home and cried). 


Cauliflower & Eggplant Banh Mi   

A vegetarian version of Vietnam's best-known sandwich: caramelized cauliflower, roasted eggplant, jalapeño, pickled daikon, carrots, spicy mayo, and a Thai vinaigrette. 

Blackened Tuna
Six ounces of Cajun-seasoned tuna, caramelized onions, and peppery arugula on a potato bun, dressed with spicy mayo, guacamole, and applewood-smoked bacon. 

Pommes Frites   

Crispy fries seasoned with onions, parsley, and thyme, with a velvety garlic aioli on the side.
