The role

Build something that's never been built before

As Market Director, you'll lead a multi-city, multi-unit market, owning P&L, developing General Managers, and driving the kind of consistent execution that makes rapid expansion look effortless.

  • Build a high-performing regional team Develop General Managers across multiple cities. Create the alignment and accountability that lets a market scale quickly and consistently.
  • Own market-level P&L Use data, reporting tools, and sharp financial instincts to drive profitability and control costs across your entire footprint.
  • Lead new restaurant openings Recruit, train, and launch. Every new location is a milestone with each opening reflecting the standard that you've set.
  • Set the standard for guest experience Visit locations, coach teams, and use real performance data to make sure every guest gets a Wonder-quality meal.
  • Help shape the expansion playbook Collaborate cross-functionally on growth. Identify the right opportunities, diagnose what's slowing us down, and implement fixes that scale.
