The role

Drive performance across the entire operation.

As a General Manager, you'll oversee a shared kitchen that serves multiple restaurant brands, channels, and delivery methods. You'll lead a multifunctional team, manage cross-brand collaboration in a single facility, and own the local P&L.

  • Lead day-to-day operations across every channel Oversee kitchen, service, and fulfillment across dine-in, pickup, and delivery. Optimize labor, throughput, and service execution in real-time.
  • Own the P&L and drive results Own your location's financials and use data to drive labor efficiency, food costs, and margin.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team Hire, onboard, coach, and develop hourly employees and shift leaders.
  • Grow the business and build future leaders Drive talent pipelines, develop certified trainers for new openings, and mentor managers-in-training for leadership roles at new locations.
  • Manage partnerships and represent the brand Serve as the on-site point of contact for brand partners, vendors, and contracted operators. Ensure every brand in your kitchen meets Wonder's quality standards.
